Hentai was created based on a visual novel titled "Kunoichi Sakuya Shinobishi Omoi wa Chijoku ni Nurete..." from Rune Studio. Kunoichi are female ninja who undergo special training to perform dangerous tasks and assassinations. The kunoichi training program includes various tests that test their willpower, endurance, speed, and stealth attack skills.

Sakuya is one of the most skilled kunoichi. She has gained a reputation as the most dangerous and deadly assassin among all the provinces involved in the war. Having such power is an important aspect for any ruler, as even a small advantage in strength can lead to defeat in the struggle for territories.

However, one of the rulers decided not to take this turn of events and personally caught Sakuya in order to turn her into his faithful and obedient slave.
