Shin Ruri-iro no Yuki

A young man named Makabe Hiroshi is interested in inventions. Due to the need for his own housing, he agrees to move into the apartment of a friend of Yoki and her parents. Although there were ghost-related rumors about the apartment, the rental price attracted the guy.

After a party at the new house, Makabe finds a mysterious vase from which a beautiful fairy named Ruri emerges. From this meeting, Makabe's life changes.
